We also support delivery to other cities in the Philippines through our extended courier network.

Next-Day & Provincial Delivery

For areas outside Iloilo City:

• Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Philippine Time) are eligible for next-day delivery

• Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be scheduled for the following business day

• No Sunday deliveries for provincial or remote locations

We encourage early ordering to ensure smooth processing.

Peak Season Advisory

During high-demand occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, and New Year, delivery schedules may be adjusted due to increased order volume. Same-day or next-day delivery may not always be available.

If no specific delivery date is selected, our dispatch team will schedule your order for the next available delivery date in Iloilo City.

Hospital Deliveries

For deliveries to hospitals in Iloilo City, please ensure that the recipient is still admitted at the time of delivery. If the patient has already been discharged, we will coordinate alternative arrangements with the sender or recipient.

Remote Area Deliveries

If the recipient’s address falls outside our standard delivery zone:

• We may request pick-up from the nearest courier or partner location

• Delivery will proceed upon recipient confirmation

• Shipping charges will still apply regardless of hand-delivery or pick-up

We will inform all parties involved and ensure delivery within the agreed date, though specific time guarantees cannot be provided.

Undeliverable Orders

• The address provided is incomplete or incorrect

• The recipient cannot be reached

• Severe weather or unforeseen events prevent safe delivery

In such cases, we will promptly contact the sender for further instructions.

Recipient Absence

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• The order may be left with a receptionist, security guard, family member, or neighbor (with approval)

• If no one is available, our team may attempt redelivery or arrange for pick-up
