Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:
Full Refund
Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund, minus a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment (whichever is higher).
Partial Refund
Cancellations made 3 to 4 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as preparations and sourcing may already be completed.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Return & Replacement Policy
We carefully prepare every order to meet our quality standards. If there is a valid concern, we may offer a replacement under the following conditions:
